Official and popular delegations continued to attend the Emirati embassy in Damascus on the last day to offer their condolences on the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.
Condolences were offered by sheikhs and clan elders from different governorates, popular and official delegations, a number of members of the People’s Assembly, heads of federations and unions, representatives of some institutions and charitable societies, businessmen, a number of Christian and Islamic clerics, and artistic and media figures.
The participants were received by the duty of condolences, Chargé d'Affairs of the UAE Embassy in Damascus, Abdul Hakim Al-Nuaimi, and a number of embassy diplomats.
