The Russian Coordination Center in Hmeimim distributed humanitarian aid to the people of the village of Beit Khamis in the Dreikish countryside in Tartous governorate.
Major Alexander Lovin, representative of the Russian Coordination Center, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the distribution plan includes the families of the martyrs, the missing, the wounded and humanitarian cases in the village of Beit Khamis, explaining that it is food baskets that include milk, rice, tea and flour.
Ali Kasir Youssef, director of the Martyrs' Office in Drakeish and a member of the city council, pointed out that the mixing of Russian blood with Syrian blood on Syrian soil has increased the bonds of relations between the two friendly peoples.
In turn, the people expressed their appreciation for what friends in Russia are doing to support the Syrian people since the beginning of the years of the terrorist war on Syria.
