According to the Development Bureau, a total of 379 pieces of private land with an area of about 19 hectares will be recovered in order to carry out the first phase of the Yuen Long South development plan.

The Lands Department will post a separate notice in the relevant areas in accordance with the applicable procedures three months before the eviction deadline for all affected households and business operators.
