One person injured in school shooting in northern Germany

German police announced that one person was injured in a shooting at a school in the northern city of Bremerhaven.

And Reuters news agency quoted the police as saying that they "arrested a person after the incident and are investigating whether there was more than one attacker."

According to media reports, a female student called the police after hearing the sound of gunfire and the students barricaded themselves in their classrooms.
