Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that the Kremlin does not yet know details of the proposed Italian plan for Ukraine, but welcomes the participation of all who can contribute to settling this crisis.
The website of Russia Today channel quoted Peskov as saying: The participation of everyone who can contribute to the settlement is welcome, and no one rejects such sincere efforts.. Until now, we do not know, unfortunately, the details of the Italian plan that is being talked about, and I do not know whether it was somehow delivered through Diplomatic channels, but we learned about this through the media.
On the other hand, Peskov said: The main task in the liberated Ukrainian lands is to solve the social issues facing the population.
Peskov added, "The elements of life in these areas must be provided and guaranteed, and all necessary social services must be provided, and here no interruption should occur. It is known that many of these areas are now without electricity, without sanitation and without water, and all these problems must be resolved."
