Parade and Salute to the Flags
The historic festivities kick off on June 2, with a “Trooping the Colour” (or “salute to the flag”) parade.
For the occasion, no less than 1400 soldiers, 200 horses and 400 musicians will take part in the event.
The parade will depart from Buckingham Palace and join the Horse Guard's Parade, located at the other end of The Mall Avenue.
The members of the royal family will then parade in carriages or on horseback.
The whole will end with the flypast of the Royal Air Force.
Practical
information: to attend the parade, there are still standing places, at 11.7 €, to be purchased on the British Army website.

Evening beacons

on the morning of D-Day, the cathedral will not be accessible to tourists, but it will be again in the afternoon.

Horse racing and concert
The tradition of horse racing being firmly anchored in England, Elizabeth II will attend the Epsom Downs derby on June 4, accompanied by members of the royal family.
The event promises to be as festive as it is unifying.

Final in apotheosis with the parade-carnival
To end these four days of celebrations in style, the parade/parade of the Platinum Jubilee Pageant will take place on The Mall, with Buckingham Palace as a backdrop.
This unique parade will combine street arts, music, circus acts, theatre, carnival and costumes.
