The Legislative Council has set up a group to study the reorganization plan for the next government and will meet for the first time tomorrow (20th).

The Secretary-General of the Office of the Chief Executive-designate, Zheng Zhongwei, met with members of the Legislative Council today (19th) to introduce the restructuring plan. He did not accept media interviews before leaving.

New Thinking Di Zhiyuan said that at the meeting, Zheng Zhongwei explained the considerations involved in the reorganization plan of the new government, and also discussed and explained the division of labor and functions of the deputy director.

He hopes that the new government will explain more about the new effects and output after the reorganization, and use specific indicators to reflect that after the increase of manpower, the efficiency and accountability relationship can be truly improved.

Li Huiqiong, chairman of the DAB, pointed out that the meeting time was tight, so he expressed his hope for more exchange opportunities, and received Zheng Zhongwei's agreement.
