(CNN) --
Taylor Swift made the song "22" famous about feeling 22 years old.
A decade later, she's celebrating it... that is, her own 22 of hers.

Despite not receiving a four-year college experience, Swift used her nearly 20-minute speech to give recent graduates "life hacks" on how to navigate graduate and early-career life, including "life can be heavy." , to "learn to live next to shame".

"Hard things will happen to us. We will bounce back. We will learn from it. We will be more resilient because of it. As long as we are lucky enough to breathe, we will inhale, we will breathe, we will breathe deeply, we will exhale," he said.
"And now I'm a doctor, so I know how breathing works," she joked.
