The two 13-year-old boys who threatened a teacher with a dummy weapon on Tuesday in a college in Besançon presented the facts as "
a game
" while the teacher was "
deeply shocked

They will be tried in June for "
intrusion into a school establishment in order to disturb its tranquility, in a meeting and with a weapon - even if it was fake -, violence with this weapon on a teacher and attempted theft
", according to the prosecutor's office who asked the judge for the children to place them under judicial control.
'Deeply shocked'
On Tuesday, the two teenagers entered the college in the popular district of Clairs Soleils in Besançon.
A teacher who was giving an English lesson in a 5th grade class and whom they did not know went to the hallway where they were making noise.
One of them brandished the weapon in his direction, shouting: “
Come!
Come on, we're going to kill you
”, before fleeing while trying to steal a bicycle and a scooter.

”, the young woman was awarded 7 days of temporary interruption of work (ITT), according to prosecutor Étienne Manteaux.

The police arrested the two minors in possession of the pellet gun after their intrusion.
They finally admitted the facts in police custody, "
but contesting any act of violence
", according to the prosecutor.

They speak of a game, of a challenge between them, but not of a desire to threaten anyone or disturb the establishment

the main suspect, who allegedly held the weapon, is a 13-year-old young man who had been expelled from this college after a fight, during which he had used a tear gas canister

The teenager, educated in a Therapeutic, Educational, Pedagogical Institute (Itep) in Besançon after his exclusion, was also known to the police for having been arrested on a deal square.
