The exhibition, which was opened in Sobhi Shuaib Gallery for Fine Arts, will last for a week, and will include thirty-five artworks ranging from oil, collage, and engraving on marble and basalt stone in different styles.

Regarding the exhibition and what distinguishes it this year, Emile Farha, the head of the Syndicate of Fine Artists in Homs, explained in an interview with SANA that the exhibition hosts, as usual, the works of veteran and young artists who offer distinguished experiences in the plastic horizon, pointing out that he participates in the exhibition with an oil painting of his works that embodies women with their various psychological emotions.

The plastic artist Mazen Mansour considered the exhibition as an opportunity to benefit from the experiences of the great artists and refine the experiences of young people to become more pompous, pointing out that he is participating in an oil painting entitled “The Broken Mill.”

The plastic artist, Muhammad Tayeb Hamam, who shows his attachment to our authentic heritage through his participation in an oil painting representing the old neighborhoods of Homs, believes that the exhibition, which has become an annual custom for Homs artists, adds a spirit of renewal every year.

The plastic artist Carmen Shqeira participates in a painting that represents nature, but with its own colors that embody her vision of life, while the veteran artist Abdel Qader Azzouz participates in a painting that embodies the picturesque nature of a village in the countryside of Homs.

In her painting, in which she participated, the plastic artist Maysa Al-Ali presents her abstract vision of reality, while highlighting the distinguished experience of the plastic artist Youssef Al-Mohammed through his painting entitled “Eshraq.”

In his interesting style, the veteran plastic artist Adnan Al-Mohammed expressed his love for his city through a realistic painting about its old neighborhoods, and the young plastic artist, Shatha Abdel Nour, had a remarkable participation in the exhibition through a painting in a style approaching surrealism.

The fine plastic art technique emerged in the works of plastic artists, Hussein Asad, by including Arabic calligraphy on an oil composition and Haitham Al-Qahf through sculpting on marble and basalt stone through the mass of space in a sophisticated style.
