Today, Homs governorate set up a homeland tent with the participation of sheikhs and clan dignitaries from all Syrian governorates in support of the state’s efforts and investing the amnesty decrees in perpetuating national reconciliations and actively participating in reconstruction and construction.

The participants in the tent that was set up in the governorate palace stressed the importance of promoting national reconciliation on the widest scale because of what is good for the country and its people by creating the appropriate conditions to establish strong pillars from which the Syrians can build what was destroyed by the aggressive war against Syria, whose righteous people aspire to take its real role in the ranks of countries leading in various fields.

The participants issued a statement in which they affirmed that the Syrian Arab Republic is one united by land, people, flag and army under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad, calling on the sons of the homeland who left Syria due to terrorism to return and contribute to the reconstruction and benefit from the amnesty decrees.

In their statement, the meeting rejected the presence of the occupying foreign forces in the Syrian territories, which entered illegally, stressing the work to fight them by all available means and their rejection of all forms of sanctions and the unjust siege imposed by the colonial powers on our steadfast people.

They denounced the acts of piracy carried out by those occupying forces by stealing our secret wealth that belongs to the Syrian people, renewing their rejection of the practices of the Zionist enemy against our people in the occupied Golan and stolen Palestine.

Homs Governor Bassam Parsik explained in a speech that the meeting comes within the framework of consolidating love and strengthening its bonds and working to make it a title and a method in our lives to advance Syria and bring it to the rank and position it deserves.

Major General Jamal Younes, head of the Security and Military Committee in Homs, stressed the importance of reconciliation and its dedication, pointing out that the homeland is the refuge... and the state is from all the people, and that today's meeting is a meeting of love and tolerance that opens a new page.

Secretary of the Homs branch of the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party Omar Houriya saw that the tent of the homeland that brings together the sons of clans and tribes today confirms that all Syrians are one hand extended for reform and construction, pointing out that the Syrian clans were and still are the bond and strength and the cornerstone of our society.

In the speech of the representative of the Al-Naeem clans, Talal Shalash Al-Daher pointed out the importance of these national meetings and the great efforts that were made to make this meeting a success.

Sheikh Nawaf Abdulaziz Trad Al-Mulhim said in the speech of the Al-Hasana tribe, the Anaz clan, that the aim of this meeting is to increase cohesion, solidarity, cohesion and patriotism, and to strengthen the bonds of love and active participation among all the people of the country.

For his part, Sheikh Muhammad Abdul Karim, a member of the Jurisprudence Council in the Ministry of Awqaf, pointed out that this meeting is the best evidence of the greatness of this country, where its children meet with their hearts before their bodies to walk on one line, stressing the role of the martyrs in protecting the homeland and preserving it and preserving its soil.

The representative of the Syriac Catholic Diocese, Bishop Michael Noaman, said: The blood of the martyrs is the seed of our love, pointing out that reconciliations are the right path to salvation and a strong Syrian return.

Sheikh Zuhair al-Atassi, director of the Homs endowment, stressed that this meeting embodies the concept of unity, cohesion and fraternity and takes fraternal relations towards the right path, and it is an affirmation of the importance of the recent amnesty decrees issued by the President.

Sheikh Muhammad Khair Al-Nader pointed out in the speech of the People’s Assembly from the Al-Naim clan to the importance of reconciliation and urging it, as it is the path to salvation and strength, which was confirmed by Sheikh Ayman Al-Sayed from the Al-Naeem tribe during his speech: This meeting is a new invitation to tolerance, love and brotherhood to preserve the Syrian fabric in its diversity and beauty.

In statements to the media, Sheikh Majid Ziyad Al-Nasif, Sheikh of the Al-Naim clan, stressed that Syria today is on the verge of tolerance, love and serious pursuit of peace and security, pointing out that Syria through the ages is distinguished by its diversity and harmony.

Sheikh Iyad Al-Dakhil from Al-Hasakah pointed out that Homs was wanted by the enemies as a place of sedition, but its people proved that they are worthy of tolerance and love, and the gathering of clans in it today is an affirmation of national cohesion.

Sheikh Ahmed Jamil Aqrin, the sheikh of the Naim clan in Idlib province and a member of the People's Assembly, believes that the meeting today is a confirmation that the entire Syrian people stand united behind the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad.
