Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Hasanulin announced that Moscow is working on the reconstruction of the liberated lands in Donbass, whose infrastructure was damaged during the fighting.
Hassanolin told reporters today: We have established a special headquarters that includes all relevant institutions, explaining that the headquarters' plans include restoring all destroyed roads and housing.
Hassanolin pointed out that the second set of measures that are also being worked on are related to boosting the economy of the affected areas, adding that a number of measures have been prepared to launch the financial system faster.
The Russian Deputy Prime Minister indicated that there are many issues that must be addressed to support the agricultural sector in the liberated areas.
Hasanulin made two tours this month in the area of the special military operation in the republics of Lugansk and Donetsk and a number of cities in Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Reconstruction and Housing announced its plans to assist in the reconstruction of the city of Mariupol, after the destruction it suffered as a result of the hostilities.
