The defendant, Ye Zhida, was charged with 1 count of intentionally providing false information with intent to mislead a police officer, alleging that on November 21, 2021, he attempted to obstruct the achievement of justice at the "Game World" on the 1st floor of Kwun Tong Plaza, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, And provide false information, that is, false visit records on the "Safe Travel" app, in an attempt to mislead the police officer, namely Police Constable 19058.
