An indictment will be filed this morning (Friday) in the Magistrate's Court in Petah Tikva against Ilana Sporta Hania, 65, of Ashkelon, for sending two threatening letters with a live bullet to Bennett's wife and son.
In the letters, Bennett was required to resign and his family members would not be harmed.
Following the letters, an investigation was opened in Lahav 433 and the Shin Bet and Sporta Haniya were arrested. Indictment.

The suspect will be charged with extortion by threats and carrying weapons.
The prosecution rejected the police's demand to be charged with any section related to the Counter-Terrorism Act.
Police sources said that "the letters contained an explicit threat to the murder of the prime minister and his family members if he did not resign."
The police and the GSS even feared that the sender had access to live ammunition.
