Tanks without ammunition are useless in a war.

The Ukraine could soon face this problem with promised arms deliveries from Germany: The traffic light government promised about three weeks ago to deliver Cheetah tanks, but Germany no longer has any ammunition for them.

For weeks now, the federal government has been looking in vain for help in other countries.

Ukraine's requests for modern tanks, for which ammunition is in stock, were rejected.
