In the area of ​​Majd al-Krum, a large thunderstorm raged, during which it was necessary to evacuate residents of the village, when under the auspices of the strong winds, the fire progressed to the first line of houses in the village.

The fire was extinguished with the help of the Elad Fire Squadron, after efforts that lasted about three hours.

Other fires in open areas raged near Qalansua, the Jaljulia interchange, Kfar Saba and the Neve Yemin junction.



Due to the strong winds, beaches in the Sea of ​​Galilee were closed for fear of drifting.

In addition, the JNF asked the public to refrain from reaching parks and forests for fear of collapsing branches and trees and due to the danger of fires.
