Jableh City Council has begun completing the maintenance work of the southern part of the sea corniche, after preparing the stone and metal pipes needed to maintain the protection wall (handrails) that extends along the corniche.
Engineer Ahmed Qanadel, head of the city council, said in a statement to SANA reporter: “Stone benches and tables have been prepared, which will be distributed on the Corniche in the south, rehabilitating Al-Basel Park, and following up on lighting work with modern LED devices, paint, tiling, and beautifying the perimeters to close all dangerous openings.”
It is noteworthy that the Jableh City Council began rehabilitating the Corniche and planting the gardens around it at the beginning of this year.
