Discussing the necessary procedures and requirements to ensure the success of the examination process for students of general certificates “basic and secondary education” in Al-Hasakah formed the focus of the meeting of Al-Hasakah Governor Ghassan Khalil with the educational and teaching staff in charge of the examination process in the governorate.
During the meeting, the governor stressed the need to adhere to the exam instructions and to unite all parties to accomplish and facilitate matters for students, provide the appropriate atmosphere and complete the examination process successfully, as it is the result of a great effort made by the student, student, parents and educational and teaching staff.
For her part, the Director of Al-Hasakah Education Elham Surkhan stressed the need to adhere to the instructions governing the exams and to combine all efforts for the success of the exam process, noting that the total number of applicants for the basic and secondary education certificates in its literary and scientific branches amounted to 24,574 students distributed in 223 exam centers in the cities of Hasaka and Qamishli, 13289 of them and its countryside pupils in basic education and 11,285 students in secondary education.
Surkhan indicated the readiness of the Directorate of Education in terms of securing centers, halls and stationery, in addition to distributing experienced educational cadres to exam centers and appointing center heads, secretaries and education delegates.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary of the Al-Hasakah branch of the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party, Eng. Turki Aziz Hassan, and the provincial police chief, Brigadier General Mahmoud Junaid.
