Four injured in a violent incident in Haifa Israel today

Casualties in their 20s • One man in serious and unstable condition, three in moderate condition • Paramedic in rescue: "A particularly severe brawl scene in which several men were involved in several arenas, all the wounded were evacuated for further treatment at Rambam Hospital"


In a violent incident that took place tonight (between Saturday and Sunday) in Haifa, four people were injured, including one in a serious and unstable condition and three in a moderate condition. 

MDA rescue organizations and paramedics were called to Halutzi HaTa'asiya Street in Haifa and treated four wounded in their 20s. One man with neck and back injuries in a difficult and unstable condition and three with back injuries in moderate condition. They were evacuated to Rambam Hospital in Haifa.

A senior paramedic in the rescue, Shevach Rotenstreich, said: "I arrived with an MDA ambulance in my possession at a particularly difficult fight scene in which several men were involved in several arenas.

Together with other paramedics of rescue I provided primary medical care to a man about 20 years old with penetrating injuries to the neck and back, in a difficult and unstable condition and to two men about 20 years old in moderate condition.

At the same time, in another scene, he was treated by a rescue volunteer, Elhanan Danino, a 20-year-old man who was also in fair condition with penetrating back injuries. All the wounded were evacuated for further treatment in a trauma room at Rambam Hospital.
