A person was killed in an explosion that destroyed a building in the city of Shinkent in southern Kazakhstan today.
And the agency (Sputnik Kazakhstan) quoted the police as saying: “The dead man is the guard of the building. No casualties or other injuries were recorded, and the authorities opened an investigation into the circumstances of the explosion, which resulted, according to preliminary information, about a gas leak.”
