The Leclerc anti-inflation shield

Leclerc was one of the first brands to activate its share of measures to protect its customers' wallets.

Launched at the beginning of May, the “

anti-inflation shield

” operation allows all loyalty card holders to “

continue to access their everyday consumer products with the assurance that any increases due to the inflation will not penalize their purchasing power

".

Any price increases on more than 120 products are thus compensated by vouchers on the customer's loyalty card, whether in store or by drive, during checkout.

In the relevant basket, the brand includes products that it considers “

necessary for everyday life

”.

We thus find rice, coffee, fresh products, drinks but also detergents and hygiene products.

The operation is valid until July 31, 2022.

The 5% coupon at Lidl

A boost that is worth the cost

”!

Lidl has also decided to go with its promotional operation by offering a 5% discount on all products in its stores, once a month from May 19.

This discount is applicable at the cash desk on the final ticket, at the time of payment, for a minimum amount of 50 euros.

This promotional offer also imposes a condition, that of downloading the Lidl Plus application, already owned by more than 4.5 million users.

On June 1, July 1 and August 1, a coupon will appear on the app and can be activated at any time during the month.

A discount for the month of May is already available on the application since this Thursday, and the operation will end on August 31.

Casino targets seniors

The Casino brand has decided to target the over 65s by offering a discount on the Casino Max subscription.

This loyalty subscription normally allows you to benefit, for 10 euros per month, from 10% on all the products in the store.

In its new offer, Casino thus offers people over 65 to take out this subscription for 3 euros per month, or 30 euros for the year.

This is not the first time that Casino has distinguished itself by boosting consumers' wallets, after its famous operations, particularly on fuel, with a full tank at 85 cents per litre.

The brand also already allowed students to subscribe to Casino Max for only 2 euros per month, and offered free home delivery for those over 65, for a minimum purchase of 60 euros.
