The Geissens podcast has been online since the beginning of April.

Carmen, Robert, Shania and Davina Geiss discuss their exciting jet set life on Spotify.

Some spots are so hot that they have to be removed, as Carmen Geiss reveals in an interview with IPPEN.MEDIA.

Monaco - millions in the account, millions in front of the TV screens and millions of fans online: The Geissens are Germany's most popular TV family and now entertain their fans on several channels: television, Instagram and, for a few weeks now, via podcast.

Interview with Carmen Geiss: Some parts of the Geissens podcast are too "hot" for the public

"Die Geissens" has been available on several online platforms since April 4, 2022.

Four episodes of the Geissens podcast are still available online from the best-known audio provider Spotify.

Carmen Geiss (Carmen Geiss just unrecognizable - she used to look so different) answered IPPEN.MEDIA 5 questions about the new podcast.

The recordings of the Geissens podcast are so wild when the family discusses together.

How did it come about that the Geissens are now doing a podcast, Ms. Geiss?

We want to keep our fans entertained even when episodes aren't being broadcast on TV.

And we were often asked why we don't have a podcast.

Then we tried it out and we had a lot of fun sitting together at the living room table and talking about our lives.

Every day we get so many questions via social media that we would all like to discuss.

The podcast is now helping us to answer at least some questions for as many fans as possible.

Surely there are sometimes things that are too hot for the public, right?

Our episodes are an authentic conversation of our family, which is why we don't actually want to cut out any passages or content.

The fans know us and know how we talk to each other.

You feel like you're sitting with us at the living room table and get a first-hand impression of how things work at the Geissens' home.

Sometimes it gets too hot and a statement is better removed (laughs).

Who provides the topics and ideas for the podcast.

So who decides what to talk about?

We experience so many crazy things every day that we have enough stories for the podcast.

It just comes from our everyday life.

There might even be too much happening sometimes, so our management helps us a bit to sort the experiences for the podcast episodes.

What is the feedback on the new podcast so far?

The feedback on the previous episodes has been very good and our fans are happy about the additional content from us.

In the podcast we can tell our stories in more detail than on TV, we discuss things with each other and it feels like the fans are sitting next to us.

This is very well received and the comments on social media and the podcast platforms are positive and enthusiastic.

Will the podcast remain free for users on the various platforms in the future?

We want the podcast to be heard by as many fans as possible.

That's why we continue to make it available free of charge and look forward to every message we get about it.
