War in Ukraine: Russian gas for Finland has been cut

The Finnish public company said on Friday that it had been informed by its supplier Gazprom of the interruption of deliveries, after its refusal to pay in rubles.

In April, Gazprom demanded that all future payments for its export gas deliveries be made in rubles rather than euros, but Gasum rejected the demand.
