INTERVIEW - During the three-month siege in Mariupol, the International Committee of the Red Cross organized, with the UN, operations to evacuate civilians. Lucile Marbeau, who was there in April, tells us.


Lucile Marbeau spent three weeks in Mariupol last April.

In Syria as in Yemen, we had the same difficulties.
