Turkish journalist Sihan Afshar revealed that she was threatened after exposing the relationship between a drug dealer and the Turkish regime's intelligence service.
The Turkish newspaper, Zaman, quoted Afshar as saying yesterday that she had received threats through social media because she wrote that a person named Barish Doyo, one of the men of the Turkish mafia leader Alaeddin Çakıcı, was arrested with 16 kilograms of heroin and that he was working for several Turkish intelligence men.
Afshar added that she would file a lawsuit against those who threatened her, and said, "If anything happens to me, I want you to know that those responsible are known."
It is noteworthy that the Turkish regime's intelligence is involved in many illegal acts and practices, most notably the transfer of arms shipments to terrorist organizations in Syria, and Erdogan's regime has been protecting them.
