At about 8 am today (22nd), a male resident of Panlong Peninsula, Yucui Street, Tuen Mun reported to the police that the 20-year-old surnamed Cai Tsui committed suicide by cutting her veins and was in a coma. She was sent to the hospital for treatment, and she regained consciousness afterward. It is understood that Cai Nv was troubled by emotions and had thoughts of life and death.
