According to a source close to the case, an individual allegedly struck several people with a knife as they left a private party around 6 a.m. Sunday morning in Morangis, a town in the southern suburbs of Paris.

The alleged perpetrator, who fled, injured several people and fatally hit the 28-year-old victim.
