Ingredients

  • For pasta salad:

    • 1 pack Pasta Tricolora (500 g)

    • 3 cups halved cherry tomatoes

    • 4-5 cucumbers cut into medium slices

    • 1 purple onion sliced ​​into thin ring halves

    • 1 cup of baby mozzarella (300 g before filtering)

    • ½ Pitted and halved black olives

    • ½ Pitted kalamata pitted and halved

    • 1-2 chopped roasted peppers

    • 1 handful of chopped parsley

  • For the sauce:

    • ½ Olive oil

    • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

    • 1 teaspoon sugar

    • 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic

    • 1 handful of grated parmesan

    • ½ Dry oregano pita

    • ½ as a dry basil

    • Salt to taste

How to make an Italian pasta salad?

  • 1 Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions and strain.

    Prepare the sauce:

    Mix all the ingredients in a jar to a uniform mixture.

    Prepare the salad:

    Mix the pasta with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl, season with 3-4 tablespoons of the sauce or the rest, according to taste (the rest can be kept in a jar in the refrigerator), mix and serve.
