A rich pasta salad with fresh vegetables, baby mozzarella, kalamata olives, roasted peppers and an excellent sauce, which is worth keeping in a jar in the fridge and using each time as needed.
A fun and colorful salad that is a must not only on the holiday table on Shavuot, but at any self-respecting brunch.
And the truth is, it's just perfect as a light and tasty meal in the middle of the week.

Ingredients
For pasta salad:
1 pack Pasta Tricolora (500 g)
3 cups halved cherry tomatoes
4-5 cucumbers cut into medium slices
1 purple onion sliced into thin ring halves
1 cup of baby mozzarella (300 g before filtering)
½ Pitted and halved black olives
½ Pitted kalamata pitted and halved
1-2 chopped roasted peppers
1 handful of chopped parsley
For the sauce:
½ Olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1-2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 handful of grated parmesan
½ Dry oregano pita
½ as a dry basil
Salt to taste
Grated black pepper to taste

Preparation
How to make an Italian pasta salad?
1 Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions and strain.

Prepare the sauce:
Mix all the ingredients in a jar to a uniform mixture.

Prepare the salad:
Mix the pasta with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl, season with 3-4 tablespoons of the sauce or the rest, according to taste (the rest can be kept in a jar in the refrigerator), mix and serve.
