The two adults, born in 1992 and 1996, were placed in pre-trial detention and the 16-year-old minor under judicial supervision, while the 14-year-old girl was returned to her mother, detailed the public prosecutor of Nancy , François Pérain, confirming information from
the Est Républicain
.
Originally from the North, the young girl had taken refuge in a business in Nancy on Thursday and then explained to the police that she had fled an apartment where she had been brought by one of her 16-year-old friends and two adults seeking, according to her, to prostitute her.
"The observations made in the apartment located in downtown Nancy revealed the existence of two bedrooms, which lacked door handles"
, as well as numerous condoms, the exploitation of mobile phones showing exchanges on the prices of sexual services, explained the prosecutor.
The 16-year-old, who according to
L'Est Républicain
was wanted for having run away, confirmed that she
"habitually engages in prostitution"
throughout France and allegedly pressured her friend to prostitute herself too.
The three indicted dispute the facts, according to the parquet floor of Nancy.
