NWFB expresses deep sorrow for the unfortunate death of Captain Luo, and condolences to the family of the deceased, stressing that it will try its best to provide assistance to the family of the deceased, and is fully cooperating with the police to investigate the accident and its causes.

The incident happened at about 0:58 a.m. today (22nd), when the NWFB involved was driving along Laibao Road in Changsha Wan and approached KMB's Lai Chi Kok Depot, when it slammed the left rear of a coach to pick up employees.

NWFB's 43-year-old surnamed Luo was trapped in the car and rescued by firefighters. He suffered multiple head and body injuries and was taken to Princess Margaret Hospital in a coma for treatment. He was confirmed dead at 2:55 a.m.
