In the middle of the night a puppy runs towards a man in an allotment garden.

He alerted the police – who then took care of the young dog.

Ulm – At a late hour, around 3.30 a.m., a puppy ran towards a man in an allotment garden in Neu-Ulm.

Apparently it came from a neighboring property.

However, the police and fire brigade who were called in were unable to locate the puppy's owner during the subsequent search.

In another case, customs officials in the Upper Palatinate found three puppies that were catastrophically transported across the autobahn.

Puppy at police headquarters: owner cannot be located

Without further ado, the officers took the young shepherd dog to the police station.

There they looked after the puppy and tried to find the owner via the dog's chip.

According to the information stored, the young dog should belong to a shepherd dog association.

According to the police press release, no owner has reported to the officials or given up a search for the dog.

Therefore, the police brought the young dog to an animal shelter in Ulm.
