Decision in the referendum in Alling: The council request is accepted, so the planning for the new daycare center on part of the football field can continue.

Alling

- The initiators of the citizens' petition, who wanted to know the football field in full size and had called for the other creation of care places, were inferior.

According to a message from the Alling town hall at 8:10 p.m., the preliminary figures are as follows: 970 valid yes votes and 672 valid no votes were received for the council request.

In the case of the citizens' initiative, there are (respectively valid) 832 yes and 784 no votes.

The quorum was reached for both decisions.

So the tie-breaker had to decide.

And here there were 946 votes for the council request and 803 votes for the citizens' request.

3072 eligible voters from Allinger were called to vote.

Each voter had to answer three questions: one on the citizens' petition, one on the council's petition, and a key question.

The referendum (as referendum 2 on the ballot paper) was headed "Save the Allinger school sports field".

The following was asked: "Are you in favor of the existing school sports field on Parsbergstraße being retained in its function as a sports and leisure facility, and in particular not being built on?"

Under the title "Secures childcare in the community of Alling", the council request (referendum 1) asked the following question: "Are you in favor of the community of Alling getting a new children's house on part of the old sports field - as in the Alling South development plan (8th amendment children’s home) unanimously by the municipal council so that the municipality can cover the need for childcare?” Here, too, the answer could be “yes” or “no”.

Finally, there was the key question.

In the event that the questions from citizens' requests and Council requests were each answered with a majority and with a quorum of at least 625 voters with "yes".

Then the key question is used for the decision.
