The Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda Governorate has re-operated 4 wells after maintaining and repairing them, namely, Namira Shahba 2, Jubeeb 2, and Al Thalah Station 19 and 13.
And the director of maintenance and investment in the corporation, Eng. Samih Nasr, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the two wells (Al-Thala station 19 and 13) provide a water supply for the main pumping station in the city of As-Suwayda, while the people of the two villages in Namra benefit from (Namra Shahba 2) and (Bir Jubayb 2). And Jubeeb, pointing out that the density of each well is about 25 cubic meters per hour.
Nasr explained that the foundation's workshops are preparing for the maintenance and repair of the well (Al-Quraya 2), as well as following up the wells that may fail to be repaired according to the priorities set for work.
The Drinking Water Establishment recently restarted the wells (Al-Tha'ala station 9), (Salakhad 6) and (Ateel 7) after maintaining and repairing them.
