Ingredients for 6 servings:
250 g Wagio neck
500 g Wagio entrecote lid
250 g Shpondra Vagio
Grind the meats together in a coarse grind with:
1/2 tablespoon fine salt
1/2 teaspoon thin black pepper
1 tablespoon vegan Worcester sauce
How to prepare
1. Mix the meat with the spices, and put well for, at least 5 minutes.
2. Make 6-8 balls from the entire quantity, and shape them into a uniform patty about 1 cm thick. It is recommended to use a bering or a bowl to shape the edges.
3. Let the patties crystallize in the refrigerator.
4. Prepare on a very hot pan, or on the barbecue. Until grilling to the desired degree of making.
