Can Ukraine win the war?
The question may seem out of place as the Russian Ministry of Defense announced this Friday, May 20 the surrender of Ukrainian fighters from the vast Azovstal metallurgical plant, the last pocket of resistance in Mariupol.
Victory, certainly, symbolic for Russia, at the end of long months of murderous siege for the two camps, ruthless for the civilians, who perhaps even suffered chemical attacks - investigations carried out in hostile conditions will have to establish it.
