At midnight the group was on the state road between Garatshausen and Traubing.
In addition to the woman from Tutzing, there were four other young people between the ages of 16 and 22 in the car - they live in Munich, Bernried, Seeshaupt and Tutzing.
According to police chief inspector Peter Nieland, the five bathing suits were there, they only met shortly before the accident and they were on their way to a fast food restaurant in Starnberg.
For reasons that are not yet known, the novice driver left the roadway and crashed into a tree on the driver's side.

However, the driver was trapped and had to be cut free - according to a report by the Feldafinger fire brigade, "the roof and the doors of the car were removed with several heavy hydraulic rescue kits".
A complicated undertaking according to commander Dirk Schiecke.
