A Texas mother learned an important lesson about leaving her phone unlocked after her 2-year-old son accidentally ordered 31 McDonald's cheeseburgers on DoorDash.
On Monday, Kelsey Golden, who works in media marketing for a school, was working on the school yearbook on her home computer.
She was transferring photos from her phone to her computer when her 2-year-old son Ella Barrett started "pulling" her phone, she told CNN.
Golden explained that her son loves the camera feature on his phone.
"He likes to look at his reflection," she said, instead of playing games or doing other activities on his phone.
But this time, Barrett didn't just stare at his reflection.
"He starts pressing on the screen, rocking it like his arm is a roller coaster," he said.
Then, Golden received a notification that her DoorDash order was taking longer than usual, which was unusual, because while she sometimes ordered DoorDash for her two oldest children's lunches at school, that morning she had packed their lunches.
A co-worker added to the confusion when he told Golden that his children were in fact eating their packed lunches at school, with no DoorDash in sight.

"Right when he said that, he was outside playing with Barrett on the porch," he said.
"A car pulls up and I was like, 'what?' So I went over and she pulled out a giant McDonald's bag and said '31 cheeseburgers?'"
At first, Golden said, he thought the delivery girl was in the wrong house.
"Then I remembered that Barrett was playing on my phone," she said.
"I went back and looked at my phone and an order had been placed at the time he was playing on my phone."
"I thought, oh my gosh, he really did."
The accidental request was further out of line because "no one in our family likes cheeseburgers," Golden said.
So she posted on the town's Facebook page of her offering free cheeseburgers.
"That's when it all blew up."
"A woman came, she was pregnant and she wanted six," he said.
"She is not critical."
She added that she also donated some cheeseburgers to neighbors.
The total order was $91.70, in part because Barrett left a "really generous" 25 percent tip, Golden said.
He said he had "no idea" the mishap would go viral.
On Friday, she and Barrett were invited to a meeting with McDonald's staff, where her son was able to meet the company's mascots, take pictures and enjoy some chicken nuggets.
Golden hopes her son's "casual" order will help brighten people's days.
"I hope it spreads a little humor in a sad and dark world," he said.
