The head of the staff in the Prime Minister's Office, Tal Gan Zvi (41), today (Monday) asked the Prime Minister to end his term in the coming weeks, thus continuing the wave of departures near the Prime Minister after the departure of the right-wing party spokesman and political adviser Shimrit Meir.
Gan Zvi was Bennett's secret man and accompanied him for about 11 years, in the difficult moments when he was not blocked.
This is a first-rate professional in the political system, he has the appreciation of all ministers.
This is a blow to the right wing in the government as Gan Zvi pulled to the right and took care of the needs of the settlement, the national religious sector and was also the liaison for the ultra-Orthodox.
In his positions, he served as the head of his bureau in the Ministry of Economy, as the head of his staff in the Ministry of Education and as his advisor in the election campaigns and subsequent coalition negotiations.
Gan Zvi, who has a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Ariel University and a master's degree in law from Bar Ilan University, has been the head of the faculty for the past year, since the government was formed in June last year.
He will complete his role in the coming weeks in an orderly manner and after completing the tasks on which he is entrusted.
Leaving after 11 years.

The Prime Minister, Naftali Bennett, thanked Gan Zvi for many years of working together and said: "From the moment I entered politics, Tal has been one of the pillars of my public work, at all the various stations. I want to thank him for many years, during which he accompanied me closely Extraordinary, ups and downs, with hard work around the clock. I sadly but understandingly accepted his decision to end his position as chief of staff in the Prime Minister's Office after an intensive and saturated year of work, and at the end of a decade of working together. And he is sure that in whatever he turns to later, he will inherit success and prosperity. "
The head of the faculty, Tal Gan Zvi, commented on his retirement: "I have had the privilege of working for the past decade with a true public servant who has always been and always remains in Israel's best interests. I thank the Prime Minister for the opportunities, challenges and activities - From economics, through education to security issues and fateful policies. After a decade of joint and intensive work, and after a year in the challenging and busy role of Chief of Staff, I sought to end my role soon and turn to new avenues. This was a significant and extraordinary time. The common, and I will continue to be of help to him in the future in all that is required. "
