A scooter driver near Kirchseeon (Ebersberg district) was in a chase with the police for 20 minutes.
One of the reasons: The 40-year-old didn't have a driver's license.
Kirchseeon
- On 18.05.22, around midday, a patrol by the Ebersberg police between Moosach and Buch (Kirchseeon municipality) noticed a scooter with an insurance number plate that was traveling too fast.
The officials have now announced that.
At times up to 80 kilometers per hour, the driver tried to evade control during a 20-minute chase on various forest paths and in a residential area of Kirchseeon.
The driver could only be stopped in Falkenberg with the help of a pedestrian who stood in front of the scooter.
Scooter was rebuilt
The driver, a 40-year-old man from the district of Rosenheim, did not have a driver's license and the scooter was modified in such a way that it could reach a speed that was far too high.
Driving without a license
The man is now being investigated for driving without a license, among other things.
