The Syrian Telecom Company announced the start of collecting telephone bills due from subscribers for the months of March and April of this year through all its telephone centers in the governorates, starting today.
In a statement, SANA received a copy of it, the company called on the subscribers to pay before the cut-off date for all services belonging to the subscriber, which begins on the 22nd of next June in the event of non-payment of the due bills.
The company indicated the possibility of inquiring about the value of telephone bills through the company’s electronic services via its website or by calling the numbers 160 or 163, pointing to the possibility of payment during official working days through the phone centers by depositing an advance on the subscribers’ accounts with the call centers’ quatities or by check He needs to certify amounts that are greater or equal to 100 thousand pounds.
It is also possible to pay directly outside official working days and within holidays through the electronic payment service for subscribers available at banks affiliated with the Syrian Company for Electronic Payments, which are Commercial, Real Estate, Bemo Saudi Fransi, Al Baraka and Syria International Islamic and Levant, or through the approved centers of the company (Tashdeed) in all governorates or through my company The Syriatel and (MTN) cell phone, which are linked to a payment system through the (Syriatel Cash and Cash Mobile) services, in addition to the company's office at Damascus International Airport every day except Friday.
The company pointed out that it is possible to inquire about the dates of phone releases, financial cuts, and cancel the subscription by calling 121.
