As for the buildings with new confirmed cases, the latest reported yesterday (22nd) that there were 84 buildings with confirmed cases.

The newly-reported buildings include a number of luxury and middle-class housing estates, including Block 2 of Aidu Building, a multi-billion-dollar mansion in the Central and Western District, Phase 1 of Yinhua Garden in Mid-levels West, and Block 10 of Beacon Hill Garden in Shek Kip Mei; There are also three buildings in Shawan on the list, including 5, 6 and 6 in South Bank.

Shatin, Yuen Long and Kwun Tong account for the most

According to the list of confirmed buildings updated by the authorities yesterday, a total of 1,755 buildings have had confirmed cases in the past 14 days.

Among the 18 districts, Sha Tin was the hardest hit area, with 164 buildings on the list, while Yuen Long ranked second among all districts with 163 buildings with confirmed cases within 14 days.

Kwun Tong has the third most confirmed cases, with 148 buildings.

In terms of buildings with new confirmed cases, the list was updated to May 22, and a total of 84 new buildings were reported.

On Hong Kong Island, five new buildings in the Central and Western District have reported confirmed cases, including Phase 1 of Yin Hua Garden in Mid-Levels West, Block 2 of Ai Du Building in Mid-Levels, and Block 1 of Gao Le Garden in Sai Ying Pun.

There are also five new buildings in the Eastern District, involving 12 Wo Fu Centre and EAST serviced residences.

As for the newly reported buildings in the Southern District, Bel-Air has occupied three buildings.
