Man (25) smokes and riots in Munich's S-Bahn - police officers have to carry him tied to the patrol car

At Munich Ostbahnhof, the police had to deal with a recalcitrant S-Bahn passenger on Monday night.
When the officers checked him, he freaked out.
Munich – A 25-year-old is completely freaked out on Sunday night in an S-Bahn at Munich Ostbahnhof, as reported by the Munich Federal Police*.
Railway employees had called the police because the man was lying on a row of seats at 11:15 p.m. with a started cigarette next to him.
According to railway employees, the man, who lives in Nuremberg, had previously smoked and kicked a connecting door, cracking the window.
The footprint was still recognizable.

The police officers asked the young man to leave the S-Bahn.
He did so reluctantly.
During the police measures, he behaved increasingly aggressively and kept insulting the officers.
They took him to the federal police station for further processing of the case.

On the way there, he blocked himself massively and kept falling, which is why the officers tied him up and carried him to the company car.
A breath alcohol test carried out showed a value of 1.6 per thousand.
The public prosecutor ordered a blood test.

After the man was allowed to sober up in federal police custody, he was released with a complaint of property damage, insult and resistance to law enforcement officials.
He is also facing fines for smoking on the S-Bahn.
