More than 40 countries would be "at the door of hunger", according to the UN

The world is facing a "perfect storm...within a perfect storm" when it comes to the food crisis... This was expressed by the director of the United Nations World Food Program, David Beasley, who also warned that there are 49 million people in 43 countries on the verge of hunger, and that the world will face famine, destabilization and mass migration if we do not get ahead of the problem.
