The initiators of the citizens' initiative "Plan small retirement home in Ambach" have filed an appeal against the judgment of the Munich Administrative Court.
Münsing – The initiators of the citizens' initiative "Plan small retirement home in Ambach" have filed a complaint with the Administrative Court against the judgment of the Munich Administrative Court.
As reported, the court had rejected the urgent application by the citizens' initiative that the municipality was not allowed to draw up a development plan for the former Wiedemann site on May 3rd because the initiative believed that unclear figures for surface sealing were being used.

In the meantime, the council has not only passed the development plan as a statute, but also declared the citizens' petition inadmissible in its most recent meeting, after the court had formulated this assessment in the subjunctive ("The court points out that after a summary examination, the citizens' petition is likely to also may prove inadmissible").
Citizens' petition spokeswoman Alexandra Theiss wants to comment on how to proceed in the coming days, Mayor Michael Grasl does not want to comment.
