A member of the Russian Federation Council, Senator Alexei Pushkov, confirmed that negotiations between Moscow and Kiev are not on the agenda of the West.
And the website of the RT channel quoted Pushkov as saying on his Telegram channel that "negotiations with Moscow are not included in the strategy of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, as well as his Western sponsors."
Pushkov added... No one should pretend that negotiations can yield results until the situation changes qualitatively.
The assistant to the Russian President and head of the delegation for negotiations with Ukraine, Vladimir Medinsky, had expressed yesterday his country's readiness to continue negotiations with the Kyiv regime after it had completely frozen.
