The head of the Russian National Defense Monitoring Center Mikhail Mizintsev revealed that the Ukrainian forces had deployed missile launchers in the building and warehouses of the Lysichansky Rare Gas Plant, after detonating containers containing dangerous chemicals.
And the website of Russia Today channel quoted Mezintsev as saying in a statement today: “Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Lysechhansk, Luhansk People’s Republic, deployed in the building and warehouses of a rare gas factory, rocket launchers and containers mined with chemically dangerous substances, and detained the factory workers and local residents by force,” noting that the nationalists The Nazis systematically shoot at the positions of the Russian armed forces and the formations of the Lugansk People's Republic of rocket launchers in order to provoke them to retaliate with the aim of accusing them of killing civilians and causing a chemical disaster in the city.
Mezintsev added that in the city of Gorskoye, Lugansk People's Republic, on the lower and upper floors of apartment buildings along Gagarin Street, Ukrainian nationalists equipped firing positions and ammunition depots, while local residents were prevented from leaving their apartments and all attempts of civilians to evacuate to safe areas were suppressed.
