Sexual assault at a boys' festival in Warngau: 18-year-old flees from perpetrators

An acquaintance of the young woman finally called the police.

Warngau – On Sunday evening there was a sexual assault at the boys' festival in Warngau.

The police is asking for hints from the witnesses.

Late on Sunday evening (May 22), a young woman was sexually assaulted near the marquee at the boys' festival in Warngau.

According to the Oberbayern Süd police headquarters, an 18-year-old was sitting on the ground in front of a wooden hut on the festival site around 11:30 p.m.

There, a man she didn't know sat down with her.

He tried to kiss her.

According to the police report, he then picked her up and took her to the nearby parking lot.

"There then came further sexual assaults to the detriment of the young woman," reports the police.

After about ten minutes, the 18-year-old managed to tear herself away from the stranger.

The young woman fled in the direction of the marquee.

"There, the dissolved woman told an acquaintance about the incident," who finally informed the officials.

"There is still no trace of the alleged perpetrator," explains the Bureau.

The man was around 20 to 25 years old and 1.75 to 1.80 meters tall.

He is described as slim with a three-day beard on one side.

The man wore leather trousers and a traditional hat, was heavily intoxicated and spoke Bavarian.

The responsible criminal police station Miesbach has taken over the investigation.
