Syrian-Omani discussions on ways to activate joint cultural work

The Minister of Culture, Dr. Lubana Mushawah, discussed today, during her meeting with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth for Cultural Affairs in the Sultanate of Oman, Saeed bin Sultan bin Yarub Al Busaidi, ways to activate the joint cultural work between the two brotherly countries.

During the meeting, which took place at the Omani Ministry of Culture building, views were exchanged and discussions were held in the cultural fields and prospects for their development, stressing the importance of activating the memorandum of understanding and updating the executive program to facilitate the exchange of the cultural product for the benefit of the two brotherly peoples and the benefit of cultural work that contributes to building values ​​and people and the establishment of events and activities Cultural, artistic and theatrical.

The meeting was attended by Syrian Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman Idris Maya, Director General of the Directorate of Antiquities and Museums Nazir Awad and Secretary General of the Omani Museum Jamal bin Hassan Al Mousawi.
