With varying degrees of involvement, they are prosecuted for "trafficking and attempted trafficking in human beings against minors", "rape of a minor over 15 years old", "use of prostitution of a minor" and “sexual assault on a minor under the age of 15”.
They are also suspected of "criminal association to commit the crime of kidnapping and sequestration in an organized gang" and "possession of child pornography images".

The CEO, 75 years old and ranked among the top 500 fortunes in France, is suspected of having subsequently wanted to set up a team to kidnap the young woman, seize the video, and force her to leave the country.
