The death toll from the terrorist attack by ISIS that targeted farmers during the harvest process in Kirkuk Governorate has risen to six.
It quoted the Iraqi Security Media Cell as saying in a statement: “The terrorist organization (ISIS) has targeted innocent farmers by shooting at them, taking advantage of the climatic conditions and the rise of dust in the village of Sami Al-Asi in the Taza district of Kirkuk governorate, which led to the killing of 6 farmers during the harvest process.” For the wheat crop, the burning of the harvester, 3 cars and an area of crops.”
The cell added that our security forces carried out a search operation in search of these terrorist elements.
A previous outcome indicated that two farmers were killed during the attack.
